Educating the Public“In school, people are taught that the Ohlone are extinct, so it is our job to go to schools and cultural events to educate the public about Ohlone culture and our existence. We show them that the Ohlone are still here and are still strong.”
We have been doing public presentations for over 30 years at schools, museums, art galleries, parks, gatherings, & universities. Notable events include: • City Hall San Francisco • The Gene Autry Museum • World Music Festival, San Francisco • The Presidio Officers Club • Southwest Museum • Point Lobs State Natural Reserve • Aquarium of the Pacific •Many Colleges & Universities across the State |
