Just wanted to let you know that the applications for Pitzer’s Native American Summer Pipeline to College Program 2013 are out!
The Pipeline Program is a 2 Week summer college prep program specifically designed for Native students. The program is designed to motivate students to complete high school,
strengthen their self-esteem, their academic preparation for college and their connection to native knowledge and culture. The Pipeline is essentially three weeks of summer school in which most classes touch on Native issues and are designed to teach Native students much of what they need to succeed in the university setting, such as academic writing, grant writing, computer literacy and self expression.
We are looking for both Mentors and Students! I have included both the Mentor and Student Applications. Please Notice the DUE DATES.
